Frequently Asked Questions and Testimonials

Here are some commons questions people ask about therapy. But I believe the best way to get your answer is to simply contact me.

Who is therapy for?

Therapy is for anyone who feels unhappy with their current sexual/relationship life. You must be over the age of 18. Everyone is welcome to therapy, no matter your race, gender, ethnicity or disability. So don’t let age, gender, race or ethnicity be a factor for you not wanting to seek advice and therapy.

What happens in therapy?

The first session is an assessment session and we decide together what your expectations are for therapy and how I can help. During therapy we discuss and explore issues that you feel have brought you to see me. Please note, that if you do not feel I am the right therapist for you, there is no obligation to continue.
More importantly it is having someone to really listen to your concerns.

How long does therapy last?

Well this really depends on your needs and wants. Therapy may be short term or could be a little longer. This is something that we can discuss in more detail during the initial assessment session. I generally see clients weekly but I am fairly flexible and want to put your needs first.
